HOW TO MAKE RENDANG

Ingredients:

·         1 kg beef (cut 5 x 5 x 2 cm)

·         150 gr red peanut

·         2 stalk lemon grass

·         5 kaffir lime leaves

·         1 piece turmeric leave

·         2 dried bilimbi

·         2000 ml coconut milk

Grind spices:

·         250 gr red chili

·         15 shallots

·         4 garlics

·         2 cm ginger

·         5 cm galangal

How to cook rendang

1.      Boil coconut milk with ground spices, beef, turmeric leave, lemon grass, and kaffir lime leaves. Mix

2.      Then add red peanut and dried bilimbi. Mix until dried and beef cooked well


3.      Serve with warm rice or yellow rice
