BUTTER FRIED CHICKEN

 BUTTER FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients:
  • 1 whole chicken, cut into small pieces
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp of mince garlic
  • 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp worcester sauce (kecap inggris)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ tea spoon sugar
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • oil for deep frying
  • 2 tbsp of margarine
  • Coconut oil to fry
Instructions:

  1. Put the chicken in a bowl. Smear chicken pieces  with lime juice and salt. Leave for at least 30 minutes. Then fry chicken at high temperatur.
  2. Take another frying pan, heat margarin until it melted.
  3. Add garlic and stir until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add Kecap Inggris, sweet soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt. Stir until combined.
  5. Add fried chickens . Stir over.
  6. Serve with warm rice.
