Ingredients:
- 1
whole chicken, cut into small pieces
- 1 lime
- 1 tbsp of mince garlic
- 6 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp worcester sauce (kecap inggris)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ tea spoon sugar
- 1 tbsp pepper
- oil for deep frying
- 2 tbsp of margarine
- Coconut oil to fry
Instructions:
- Put the chicken in a bowl. Smear chicken pieces with lime juice and salt. Leave for at least 30 minutes. Then fry chicken at high temperatur.
- Take another frying pan, heat margarin until it melted.
- Add garlic and stir until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
- Add Kecap Inggris, sweet soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Add fried chickens . Stir over.
- Serve with warm rice.
