Ingredients:

cabbage ( slice)

carrot (peel and cut into dices)

longbeans ( chop 2 cm)
·
1
stalk lemon grass
·
2
cups coconut milk
·
1
onion (sliced)
·
Salt
and pepper to taste
Ground spices:
·
2
cloves garlic
·
3
shallots
·
2
candlenuts
·
1
tsp coriander
·
1
cm turmeric
·
1
tsp shrimp paste
Instructions:
·
Heat
oil in large saucepan
·
Add
slice onion, lemon grasss, and ground spices. Saute until fragrant.
·
Then
pour coconut milk, simmer for 5 minutes
·
Add
cabbage, carrot, long beans and bring to boil
·
Reduce
heat to low and simmer until vegetables are almost cooked for 20-30 minutes.
·
Add
salt and pepper. Stir over
·
Serve
with steamed rice or lontong
