Tempe Bacem

Tempe Bacem

Ingredients:
·         1 glass coconut water
·         2 pieces indonesian bay leaves
·         1 cm galangal
·         2 tbsp tamarind pulp
·         2 tbsp sweet soy sauce (if you like)
·         3 tbsp brown sugar
·         Salt to taste
·         Oil to saute
·         Oil to fry
Grind spices:
·         3 garlics
·         6 shallots
·         2 tsp coriander
Instructions:
·         Soak tempe with coconut water
·         Heat oil and saute ground spices. Then mix with tempe
·         Add salt , soy sauce, galangal, tamarind piulp, and brown sugar. Stir
·         Cook over until dried. Set aside
·         In a frying pan heat oil  and fry tempe

·         Serve with warm rice
