Tumis Tuna


Ingredients:
·         ½ kg tuna (wash clean and spread lime juice and salt)
·         2 pieces pandan leaves
·         Some water
·         1 onion (slice)
·         4 pieces curry leaves
·         Salt to taste
·         2 tbsp oil to saute

Grind spices:
·         2 garlics
·         3 shallots
·         4 red chilies
·         1 cm ginger
·         1 cm turmeric
·         1 tsp coriander
·         5 pieces asm sunti (dried bilimbi or you can change with tomato)

Instructions:
·         Heat oil in a wok. Saute sliced onion, pandan and curry leaves until fragrant
·         Then put grind spices and tuna. Stir slowly in medium heat for 3 minutes
·         When tuna has changed it color, pour some water. Cook until the water a little left about 20 minutes
·         Don’t forget to add salt
·         Serve
