Ingredients:
- 1 L rice
- 3 cm turmeric (peel and grind )
- 3/4 L coconut milk
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 1 tsp salsp salt to taste
- 4 shallots (grind)
- 2 garlics (grind)
- 1 candlenuts (grind)
- Fried tempe
- Omelet (slice thinly)
- Fried chicken
- Fried onion
- Chili sauce
How to make special yellow rice
- Wash clean rice. Then mix with turmeric. Set aside
- steam rice until a half cooked
- remove and put into bowl. Pour coconut milk, ground
spices, bay leaves, and lemon grass.
- Mix rice with laddle and put salt. Mix well
- Steam again until rice cooked well for 20 minutes
- Remove and put in the large plate. Serve with fried
tempe, omelet, fried chicken, fried onion and chili sauce
