Ingredients:
- Vegetable for the soup
v 100 g yardlong bean
v 1 chayote
v 50 gr corn
v 100 gr young jackfuit
v 50 gr green Gnetum gnemon leaves and fruits (melinjo)
v 105 gr galangal
v 5 averrhoa bilimbi
v 1 spoon salt
v ½ spoon sugar
- Grind spices:
v 2 fresh red chili
v 2 shallots
v 3 cloves garlics
v 2 gr terasi (shrimp paste)
Instructions:
- Clean the vegetables, cut into bite size
- Boil 1.2 liter of water in a pot
- Put grind spices and enter corn, young jackfruit, and gnetum gnemon fruits because it take more time to cook
- After 15 minutes put yard long beans, galangal and averrhoa bilimbi
- Add salt and sugar to taste
- Wait until it cook perfectly
