Pukis Cake

Pukis Cake
Ingredients:
v  100 gr sugar
v  180 ml coconut milk
v  3 egg
v  150 gr flour
v  1/2 tablespoon instant yeast
v  60 ml warm water
v  chocolate sprinkles
v  Margarine

Instructions :
1.      Boiled coconut milk to a boil, stirring until blended, then remove and set aside
2.      Mix yeast with warm water in a small container, stir until bubbly.
3.      In a big container, whipped eggs, add sugar until thickened and fluffy, add the flour little by little while stirring.
4.      Pour water solution of yeast into the dough and stir well.
5.      Pour coconut milk, mix well and let stand for about 15 minutes
6.      Preheat the mold of pukis over medium heat, while smeared with a little margarine.
7.      Pour the butter into the mold of pukis, wait until almost cooked afterthat strew chocolate sprinkles.
8.      Wait a few minutes, lift and ready to be served.
