HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN COOKED WITH GREEN CHILI (AYAM MASAK CABE HIJAU)
Ingredients:
• 1 chicken
• 2 glass water
• 2 tbsp sugar
• Salt to taste
• 2 dried bilimbi
• 1 cardamom
• 2 bay leaves
• 3 kaffir lime leaves
• 1 turmeric leaves
• 1 stalk lemon grass
• Oil to saute
Grind spices:
• 100 gr green chilies
• 10 shalots
• 5 garlics
• 4 candlenuts
• 2 cm ginger
• 2 cm galangal
• 1 cm turmeric
Steps:
1. Saute ground spices until fragrand. Add bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, turmeric leaves, cardamom, and lemon grass.
2. Then put chicken, mix.
3. Pour water, salt, sugar, and dried bilimbi, cook until the water a little left. Serve
