Do
you like to eat shrimp and tofu? This is special menu in my house; Shrimp Tofu
with Fermented Soy Bean Sauce. If you want to make Shrimp Tofu with Fermented
Soy Bean Sauce, we need some ingredients. There are:
- 250 gr shrimp (without shell)
- 2 pieces tofu (chop 2x2cm)
- 250 cc coconut milk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil to saute
- Salt to taste
- 5 shallots (slice)
- 3 garlics (slice)
- 5 red chilies (slice)
- 2 cm galangal
- 3 tbsp fermented soy sauce bean
- 5 fresh bilimbi (slice)
How
to cook Shrimp Tofu with Fermented Soy Bean Sauce
- Heat oil and saute shallots,
garlics, and chili. Then add bay leaves, galangal, salt, sugar, and
fermented soy bean. Stir unti fragrant
- Add shrimp, cook unti change its
color
- Then add tofu, coconut milk, and
billimbi. Cook until done.
- Serve
