gr brown sugar (sliced)

ml coconut milk

pandanus leave
Instructions:
·
Mix
glutinous rice flour, rice flour, sliced brown sugar, salt, and coconut milk in
a big wok. Stir
·
Cook
in minimum heat until it dough get thick and brown. Stir more and more.
·
To
check dodol is cook or not, you can take a little dough and put in banana leave
or plastic wrap. If not sticky , it means dodol is cooked well
