DODOL

dodol

Ingredients:
·         250 gr Glutinous rice flour
·         25 gr rice flour
·         2 tbsp milk
·         450 gr brown sugar (sliced)
·         1000 ml coconut milk
·         1 tsp salt
·         1 pandanus leave

Instructions:
·         Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, sliced brown sugar, salt, and coconut milk in a big wok. Stir
·         Cook in minimum heat until it dough get thick and brown. Stir more and more.
·         To check dodol is cook or not, you can take a little dough and put in banana leave or plastic wrap. If not sticky , it means dodol is cooked well
