Ingredients
:
v ½
papaya, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
v 1
cucumber, peeled and sliced
v 1
mango, peeled and sliced
v 3
tablespoons peanuts, fry
v 1
hot chili pepper, sliced
v 1/4
cup brown sugar
v 1
tablespoon tamarind, dissolved in 1/4 cup water
Instructions
:
1. Mix
all fruits in a plate
2. Grind
chilies, brown sugar and salt.
3. Add
tamarind and fried peanuts. Grind completely.
4.
Mix
sauce and fruit.
5.
serve
