Chicken Catching (Ayam Tangkap)


Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken
  • 8 sprigs curry leaves
  • 4 pieces pandanus leaves, sliced
  • 6 pieces lime leaves
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 5 green chilies (divided into two)
  • 1 liter of cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
Seasonings are smoothed:
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 5 pieces of red onion
  • 1 vertebra thumb (2 cm) turmeric
  • 1 vertebra thumb (2 cm) ginger
  • 1 spoon ketumbar
  • 3 cloves kemiri
  • 1 vertebra curcuma
Instructions:
  1. Cut the chicken into 18 pieces , then wash it and sprinkle salt for the taste
  2. Take a wok, boil coconut milk and put seasoning. Then enter the chicken pieces, curry, pandanus, and lime leaves. Soak for 30 minutes.
  3. Then heat oil in a large frying pan until really boil.
  4. Fry chicken until browned.
  5. Serve catching chicken with hot rice. Hhmm, it so delicious..
