FRIED FRESH WATER FISH WITH FERMENTED SOY BEAN SAUCE


Ingredients:
  • 3 fresh water fish (clean and spread lime juice and salt)
  • 3 garlics (grind)
  • 3 garlic (slice)
  • 2 tsp ground turmeric
  • ½ tsp dried ground bilimbi
  • 3 red chili (cut)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp fermented soy bean
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • Oil to fry
How to cook fried fresh water fish with fermented soybean sauce

  1. Clean and wash the fish and spread lime juice and salt.
  2. Smear the fish with ground spices and soak for 15 minutes
  3. Fried until cook and dried
  4. In a small pan saute garlic until fragrant. Put fermented soy bean, red chili, and sugar
  5. Mix well. Cook until done
  6. Remove from the pan and pour on the fried fish
  7. serve
