Ingredients:
- 3 fresh water
fish (clean and spread lime juice and salt)
- 3 garlics (grind)
- 3 garlic (slice)
- 2 tsp ground
turmeric
- ½ tsp dried
ground bilimbi
- 3 red chili (cut)
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp fermented
soy bean
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Oil to fry
How to cook fried fresh water fish with fermented soybean
sauce
- Clean and wash
the fish and spread lime juice and salt.
- Smear the fish
with ground spices and soak for 15 minutes
- Fried until cook
