HOW TO MAKE BAKE CHICKEN PENCOK

Ingredients:
  • 4 pieces of chicken
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 3 garlics (crushed)
  • 1 cm ginger (crushed)
  • Salt as needed
  • 10 pieces of sage
  • 250 ml coconut oil from ½ coconut
  • 1 tbsp sweet soy bean
Grind spices:
  • 7 shallots
  • 3 garlics
  • 5 green chilies
  • 3 candlenuts
  • 2 cm galangal
  • 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  • Salt , sugar, and pepper as needed

HOW to bake chicken pencok


  • Smear chicken with lime juice, crushed ginger, garlics, and salt. Then soak for 30 minutes
  • Bake chicken until cooked and set a side
  • Boil coconut milk with ground spices. Cook until boiling and thickened. Set aside
  • Put grilled chicken on a plate and pour the sauce and sprinkle sage on it
  • Serve
