Ingredients:

Grind spices:
- 7 shallots
- 3 garlics
- 5 green chilies
- 3 candlenuts
- 2 cm galangal
- 1 tsp tamarind pulp
- Salt , sugar, and pepper as needed
HOW
to bake chicken pencok
- Smear chicken with lime juice, crushed ginger,
garlics, and salt. Then soak for 30 minutes
- Bake chicken until cooked and set a side
- Boil coconut milk with ground spices. Cook until
boiling and thickened. Set aside
- Put grilled chicken on a plate and pour the sauce
and sprinkle sage on it
- Serve
