Spicy Sour Soup

Spicy Sour Soup
Ingredients:
  • 3 pieces of fresh tuna fish (1 kilo)
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • 2 green chili (divided in two)
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 5 cups water
  • 2 averrhoa bilimbi
ground spices :
  • Cayenne pepper 7 seeds (may be added if liked spicy)
  • 8 Dried carambula (asam sunti) or green tomatoes 2 pieces
  • 5 Onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Ginger 1 vertebra
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon
  • 2 red chili
Instructions:
  1. Cut the fish and Sprinkle salt and lime juice
  2. Heat a wok and pour water
  3. Put all the ground spices.
  4. After boiling about 10 minutes, add the fish and Averrhoa bilimbi / green tomatoes.
  5. Wait boil 10 minutes until cooked perfectly.
  6. Spicy sour soup is ready to serve
