Ingredents:

5 tofu (fry and chop into cube)
·
100 gr peanut (fry)
·
3 shallots
·
2 garlics
·
3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
·
3 red chilies (fry)
·
1 tbsp brown sugar
·
Salt to taste
·
2 tbsp oil to saute
·
Some water
Instructions:
1. Grind
shallots, garlic, red chilies, and peanut
2. Then
heat oil i a frying pan and saute ground spices
3. Add
water, brown sugar and salt. Saute until the water reduce a half
4. Then
put tofu and stir well
5. Serve
