HOW TO MAKE PAKIS CURRY
Ingredients:
• 800 cc coconut milk ( from 1 coconut)
• Pakis vegetable
Grind spices:
• 10 shallots
• 3 garlics
• 5 red chili
• 1 ½ tsp coriander
• ½ tsp caraway seed
• 2 cm turmeric
• 2 cm ginger
• 2 tomatoes
• Bay leaves
• Salt and palm sugar as needed
Instructions:
1. Saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant
2. Add pakis, mix
3. Then pour coconut milk, salt, and palm sugar. Cooked until done and serve
