HOW TO COOK SALMON SOUP
Ingredients:
• 1 kg fresh salmon (wash clean and cut as you like)
• 200 gr potatoes (cut into dice)
• 2 carrots (slice thin)
• 3 tomatoes (cut)
• 2 stalk leek (slice thick)
• 2 stalk lemon grass
• 2 celeries
• 2 cm galangal
• 2 cm ginger
• 3 cm turmeric
• 5 kaffir lime leaves
• 3 bay leaves
• 3 tbsp lime juice
• Salt and sugar to taste
• Water as needed
• Oil to saute
Grind spices:
• 6 shallots
• 4 garlics
• 2 candlenuts
• ½ tsp pepper
Instructions:
• The first step is saute ground spices until fagrant
• Then put lemon grass, turmeric, ginger, kaffir lime and bay leaves. Mix
• Add some water. Bring to boil
• Put salmon, potatoes, and carrots.
• Add salt and sugar, mix until it cooked well
• Before you serve on a bowl put tomatoes, leek, and celery. Wait for a few minutes
• Serve with warm rice
