HOW TO COOK SWEET AND SOUR SHRIMP WITH TOMATO SAUCE

Ingredients:
250 gr fresh shrimp (without shell and wash clea, put salt a pinch)
1 red chili (slice thin)
1pieces scallion (slice thin)
1 carrot (slice thin)
1 cm ginger
1 garlics (slice thin)
Salt, sugar, and pepper to taste
5 tbsp tomato sauce
Wheat flour as needed (you can change with another flour
Oil to fry
Instructions:
Smear shrimp with wheat flour and fry
Saute garlic and ginger until fragrant. Put carrot and pour some water
Then add red chilli, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix
At last add shrimp and scallionl. Cook until the water left little and sticky
Serve
